Plain-English Summary

Third-party and selected products

Some goods may be made by, sourced from, or fulfilled by third parties. We will not knowingly describe a third-party product as manufactured by Hammer & Heir. Product-specific manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to its terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, logos, marks, product concepts, journal designs, audio, video, transcripts, and other content are owned by or licensed to Hammer & Heir and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal, noncommercial use of the Site, no content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.

User submissions

If you voluntarily submit feedback, ideas, reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the submission does not violate law or third-party rights. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
